Nuvico products should be stored, handled and used in accordance with good industrial hygiene practices and in conformity with any legal regulation. The information contained herein is based on the present state of our knowledge and is intended to describe the product/s from the point of view of safety requirements. All chemicals may present unforeseen results and the user is advised to determine product suitability with their equipment and within their normal operating parameters. All product, sold or samples submitted for testing are supplied at the sole risk of the user without any warranties, expressed or implied. If however, any goods supplied by us, on our inspection and in our sole opinion prove to be defective, we will, at our option, either replace the same or refund the price paid to us. We shall, however, not be liable beyond such replacement or refund for any injury loss or damages arising from any cause whatsoever. Notices of claims must be submitted to us in writing within 7 (seven) days of receipt of goods. No representative of ours is authorized to change the above conditions of sale.
